繽紛養顏梅子湯 Plum Series 梅子料理 Meal Recipe 餐


繽紛養顏梅子湯
材   料:豆腐100g,番茄2粒,木耳5朵,金針菇,香菇8朵,紅蘿蔔50g
              四川菜1/2粒,嫩薑10片,香菜少許,珊瑚草10g。
              (備註:將材料切絲)

調位料:水800ml,茶籽油1大匙,梅子醋3大匙,紫蘇梅3粒,
              雞蛋1粒,花菇鮮素2茶匙(或適量),澱粉適量。

作   法:1)鍋中入油,薑片炒香放香菇,木耳,四川菜炒軟。
              2)倒入水,加入珊瑚草,水煮開後加豆腐,紫蘇梅粒,
                    番茄,紅蘿蔔,花菇鮮素。
              3)倒入澱粉勾芡加醋,淋蛋液及香菜即可食用。
