滷鸡蛋

材料:
有機鸡蛋4粒  ( 4人份 )

調味料 :
祥記茶籽油2湯匙,祥記紫蘇梅汁2湯匙
祥記梅子漿1湯匙
BNC極釀醬油1湯匙

作法 :
1. 將所有調味料混合放進熱鍋,也將鸡蛋放
    進鍋內用最小火煮30分鐘,
      ( 30分鐘前一直要反轉 )
2. 最後已滷好的鸡蛋盛在盤即可食用。
