ORGANIC HULLED BUCKWHEAT
◼It is excellent source with high fibre, antioxidants, and protein. It is gluten-free and best to use as breakfast cereal to replace wheat as buckwheat has a wheat flavour.
👉Cook it in boiling water about 20 mins and it is ready for serve. It also can cook with rice or porridge.

BNC TEN-GRAIN RICE
◼It is low in fat and high in fiber content. It releases sugar very slowly and makes you free from hunger for a long time. It is a good source provides chromium, zinc, and vitamin B
👉When cook with a rice cooker, the grain-water ratio is higher than the white rice-water ratio.

BNC NATURAL CALROSE SUSHI RICE
◼Calrose Sushi Rice is produced from the finest medium grain rice in Australia. The area’s climate and soils are ideal for rice production with high-quality water, isolated from any major industry or pollution. This rice is soft, tender, and succulent, allowing it to lock in moisture when it is cooked.
◼Once cooked, it becomes slightly soft and sticky, making it ideal for dishes where the grains need to hold up, like sushi, soups, or salads. Calrose rice also has a very mild flavor, meaning it can absorb any bold ingredients, such as herbs and spices, with ease. It is also a good choice for the elderly, babies over 6 months, and people with indigestion. Give this method a shot if you're wanting to try plain Calrose rice: ◼ Measure out 1/2 cup dry rice and rinse it with cool water in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear. This gets rid of the excess starch that can create overly sticky rice.
◼ In a medium pot, combine the rice with 3/4 cup of water or broth and bring that to a boil. Cover and lower the heat to maintain a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, then remove from the heat (do not lift the lid) and allow to sit and steam for 10 minutes.
◼Remove the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and you're ready to serve!
